Geraldine ‘Ger’ Carriere
Ger Carriere is a serial entrepreneur who wears many hats - Founder & CEO, Best Selling Author, International Speaker, Business Coach, Recording Artist, and more. Originally hailing from Métis settlement Cumberland House in Saskatchewan, Ger’s journey has been deeply influenced by her heritage and a relentless drive to empower others through art. Whether it’s books, music or a project she’s working on, Ger has dedicated her life to helping women and Indigenous youth establish a creative process to find their authentic selves and belonging through healing and self-discovery.
A former journalist and advocate, Ger has performed across North America, headlined cultural events, and released an acclaimed self-titled EP. Her achievements include performances in the musical Bear Grease, a feature in First Lady Nation, a full-length book Wild Woman: Master the Art of Pride, Presence and Productivity, and leading workshops to inspire future generations. She was the winner of the 2019 Esquao Award by the Institute of the Advancement of Aboriginal Women in Performing Arts and nominee in the Wood Buffalo Excellence in Performing Arts (Buffys) in 2023. Gracing stages across North America & Europe, Ger speaks on Matriarchy, Indigeneity and teaches others to write books and build businesses.
